Before relying on any image for a purchase decision, compare it with the latest developer brochure, sanctioned plans and project-specific specifications when available. Verify the final master plan, tower and unit location, amenity list, landscape plan, apartment finishes and any view-related premium directly in the applicable documents. Buyers should also confirm whether a visual is an actual project render, a sample lifestyle image or an indicative illustration. This distinction is important because the final built environment may differ from marketing imagery as design development and approvals progress.
